The bed was excellent however, the toilet ran all night the outside door big gaps wind was blowing in through the door couldn't fix it not the best place to stay elevator broken pool shut down sorry not our choice of super 88 again

Hello Robert, Thanks for bringing this to our attention we have addressed the issues and the pool is operational but spa/hot tub is shut down and awaiting parts for assembly.

The check in went well, but we had to pay $12 each night for our little dog. The room was terrible. Dust was bad all over. Tub looked like it was stained until we had a shower and all the stained turned out to be dirt. Furniture was dirty and stained. Bed had 2 thin sheets with a thin blanket between. No other blacket for warmth so we had to turn up the heat to stay warm. There was no hot water. We asked the manager and she said to run the water for at least 30 minutes and it will get hot. She was right which we very inconvenient. The 2nd day, they only empty the garbage. Bed was untouched, no restock of coffee and cups, no cleaning in the bathroom.....paper on the floor, toilet not cleaned. We stayed there in 2019 and it was nice, but in the 5 years, it was damaged. There were patches in the ceiling. We won't stay there again. Why is it so costly?

I am sorry that were not satisfied. We have and will always charge for our furry friends. The "dirt" in the bathtub is paint peeling and we are in the process of replacing it with a shower stall, we do have 24 hr customer service so all supplies can be replenished upon request, and stay-over customers cleaning on the second day is comprised of emptying garbage only unless supplies are requested. Iwe do double-check the rooms after they are cleaned and I apologize for the delay(usually about 3 minutes) that too is being fixed as we speak by changing the recirculating water pump that had gone out. The cost had to be adjusted up because of increases in labor, taxes, supplies cost, and general inflation and I am soory but we all feel the costs have gone up on everything. I hope you will give us another try and see the improved version in the near future.

We chose this property because it had a hot tub, which wad out of order when we arrived. There is remodeling going on insife anf out.

Rooms are not like pictures not very clean and tvs are old this will be last time I stay here very disappointed spa broken also I still have 2 more nights
