The reception staff needs better training. The morning and evening staff don’t communicate, they contradict each other, and there is no accountability. It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication. A complete unwiligness to help and take accountability or compensate the guests for problems of their own making...

It’s defiantly not close to anything. You will need to rent a car. There is no gym on site.

Lovely property in the middle of Comporta. Extremely peaceful and relaxing environment. The interior is very modern and welcoming, we felt right away at home for these days.
