Rubin a checked us in and was super efficient and professional. We arrived to find the room musty and although the furnishings were updated, the beds clean and comfortable, the comforters and curtains hung on to decades of dull. There likely is some water damage in the walls or roof. although you can’t really see it, you can smell it. We asked for additional
Softer linens and were accommodated by friendly housekeeping staff and front desk staff. We kept the window open a crack for our stay.
All in all, could use some renovations but for the cost and with such great staff, I would stay again.

Noisy and cold

Ok for the price. Front desk clerk was new and could not accurately direct us to our room. No elevator
