Beautiful and clean hotel … Jessica at the front desk was awesome .. only problem was that the sign to locate the hotel is horrible .. only one sign at the entrance to the hotel .. and that is short … the property is off in the side streets with no big sign for a Marriott property… sadly we drove around for 20 minutes before we could find the hotel.

Several factors added up to make this a property we will NOT stay at again. Two of the biggest were the deadbolt did not work (major safety issue) and the floor and beds vibrated whenever the air conditioning was running. Ants crawled on the bathroom floor. However, the bathroom made it impossible to share the room with others. The two double beds faced the bathroom - and the DOOR WAS FROSTED GLASS. This made it impossible to use the bathroom without waking everyone else up with the light. And when you stepped out of the shower, you were directly in front of this glass which gave everyone a view (it was not as opaque as one would hope). The desk also had frosted glass separating it from the beds. You couldn't use it with a light and not disturb those sleeping. WHO DESIGNS THESE??? They obviously aren't testing these rooms for families or anyone other than a solo traveler.

On behalf of all of our staff here at SpringHill, I apologize for the terrible experience you had while staying at our property. As a Manager, this is not up to my standards and I will be having meetings with our staff to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. We weren't aware of the dead bolt being broken in your room and will be fixing it as soon as possible. I do understand the frosted glass doors make it inconvenient and will be passing this feedback along to our owner.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This was a great stay!! The property is nice and the rooms are spacious and quiet!
