Clean and good free breakfast. Have stayed there twice now. It’s in a great location to walk to breweries. Only complaint is that on Sunday nights, some idiot on a motorcycle likes to tear down the street, and it is so loud. Has happened twice on Sunday a year apart.

I wouldnt change anything about the Hyatt except the fact that i find it ridiculous that you have to pay extra for parking when youre already paying so much for the room. Its very disappointing!

What a beautiful, comfortable, hotel. We loved our two night stay. The rooms were modern and beautiful. The bathroom was BEAUTIFUL! CLEAN.

The hotel was nice but remember the hotel is on the second floor.

Room was clean and the city view was fantastic! Close to restaurants and perfect for anyone going to an Event at VanAndel Arena. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good!

The shade minimally kept the room dark at night. The buildings across the way had their lights on all night that shown right into our room. There was only a shade no curtain. I felt like people could see into our room and we could see out into their properties. it was hard to find things around the hotel. Everything was located on Different floors. couldn’t find the parking structure Initially. No valet parking. food was offered, but not a large variety. Also, it was very loud. We could hear things going on in the parking structures and buildings around us all throughout the night. The heating And cooling in the room was also very loud. We ate at Tupelo honey, the restaurant that you could get to through the hotel. Not sure if it was a part of the hotel. Exactly the food was horrible.
