Water pressure in shower and any tap was very low. This is the second time we have stayed here, the pancake machine was out of services and was wondering if it ever worked.

Room was not in a rentable condition blinds did not work shower leaked all over the bathroom floor slop of floor is incorrect to allow for drainage

This guest was looking for free night stay and has no idea how to speak to people with respect. All claims are false and she took ultra zoomed in photos to show "huge" issues that were not there. She threatened staff verbally over the phone and was beyond rude over the phone making it virtually impossible to get a word out, again only looking to book and get free nights by yelling and making false claims. She and her husband are added to our "do not rent list" and would not be allowed to place a reservation at our property again.

The room was clean and roomy but, the windows did not have a window-blind that shields from lights or sun from outside, so at night the room was completely lit-up making it difficult to go to sleep!

Great hotel, excellent rooms bathrooms, nice breakfast, great flow of water while showering, comfortable beds definitely will stay here again.
