Needs better communication with the housekeeping. We extended our stay a night. So, husekeeping knocks on our door- no big deal we tell them we are staying. 20 minutes pass and another housekeeper knocks on our door and proceeds to enter our room, we stop her and again reiterate we have extended our stay. At this point we call the front desk to ask them to speak with housekeeping and tell them the issue. Following, 2 more housekeeping staff knocked on our door and had to be told we had extended pur stay. Extremely frustrating and if we had not been in our room multiple staff would have likely entered our room without permission.

Good morning Thomas I do apologize for many attempts at housekeeping. Even though you stayed over, we still do stay over service for each room. This allows the guest clean towels, a made bed and trash taken out to return too upon their return from daily activities. Again, I do apologize.

The best!! Oliver one of the workers was so kind and caring and helpful! 10/10 reccomend staying here!! Clean rooms great breakfast and great service!
