This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. However, the beds were great.
We couldn't even get into our room upon checkin. The battery needed to be changed. The manager let us in and said he would be right back to change it. 2 hours later I had to call the front desk to ask when they would be up.
We couldn't control the temperature of the room. The wall unit didn’t work and neither did the controls on the actual air conditioner/heater. It was sooo hot at night.
The bathroom was so dirty. The vent was caked with layers of dust. Toothpaste and other junk was on the walls and back of door. Toilet paper holder was broken. The trim was hanging off the wall in the bedroom. A q-tip was on the side of the bed.
The 2nd morning they were out of everything for breakfast but coffee and cereal. No bagels, donut holes, yogurt, bread or muffins like the day before. But they were even out spoons to eat the cereal. Not even an apology when we asked the front desk about the lack of food.
The majority of the problems could have been taken care of with a little cleaning and repairs.

I arrived to find my room had not been cleaned. I reported this to reception and was moved to another room that had also not been cleaned. I will not stay here again.

Property have been renewed partially. New, forniture, carpets, tv, fridge, microwave oven...
But the shower faucets are trash! Dropped off water everywhere, do not change from bath to the shower head... floor dranis are sealed with concret. The water stay on the floor surface making a dangerous situation.

At breakfast the apple juice tasted fermented. We were there for a 2 night stay, housekeeping did not leave fresh cups, towels, did not make the bed or sweep the floor during the day after our first night stay.

Well I checked in on Sunday an didn’t get towels until Thursday. The staff was mean, also the employee that wouldn’t get me towels. Also told me I was not aloud to extend my stay a they didn’t want me there. Then come to find out he’s manager. If you’d like to spend your money on a hotel that treats you right don’t go here. Outta state for work. Also had a buddy stay there too. His heat an tv didn’t work . Staff didn’t care also took him four days to get a new room. Terrible terrible terrible !! Sorry this is a lot. Also the area it is in is questionable
