Good staff, modern facility, very clean, good location ( convenient downtown local). I couldn’t get espresso machine to work in room. Would have preferred a regular coffee appliance. Shower water faucet came off. I was able to put it back on. Set screw on shower water faucet needs to be tightened down.

Jalah was so helpful at the front desk!
Parking in Studio Park was easy and self explanatory. It was super clean and updated! Will come back again!

Perfect place to stay when you're seeing a show at Van Andel Arena. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shopping.
