Dirty tub, no shampoo, no breakfast poor updates. Check in guy never saw a clear American Express card and didn't believe it was real.

We came here because my grandparents wanted to stay at a baymont hotel. I booked this one for them and they wanted me to stay too so i booked here as well. Firstly the parking lot. Pistachio seeds everywhere and a man pulling up his pants..We got in and the charged us an early fee of 50 dollars plus a security deposit of 50 dollars and then the price for the two rooms. I wasnt even aware of the 50 dollar early check in because the person at the front desk was hard to understand. No where does it say online that there is an early check in fee. I was livid. 200 dollars and 100 of it is in fees. And things only got worse when we got into the room... we walked in and there was a red stain on the carpet that looked like blood, there was a piss smell coming from by the air conditioning unit like someone decided to use the floor as a bathroom. The toliet seat was broken, the yoliet paper hilder was broken, the bedsheets had dirt on them, the shower was leaking, and there was mold all over the bathroom celing specifically in the shower. I was getting married the next day and this was such a mood killer. I am extremely allergic to mold and we had to leave the room. We were able to talk to the manager and he vouldnt even process a refund for me but told me i needed to dispute with my credit card company. I do not reccomend staying here at all. It is not safe or sanitary. I will NEVER stay at another baymont EVER again.

Night staff refused to help us get sheets, blankets and a pillow for our foldout bed... In the room that we specifically booked so we could have sleeping space. At first the night staffer blew us off... We were persistent in going to the front desk and finally got one sheet and one dirty blanket... The night staff was dismissive, said the lack of betting wasn't his problem, and if he would have just gotten off his video chat he could have solved the problem promptly.

Pictures are nothing like what it is inside, 2 hotels combined into one ice maker only works on one floor, absolutely no hot tub as advertised even the front desk said shes asked for it to be removed as most people pick there for that reason. Mushrooms growing on walls and ceiling just overall not as described on expedia, staff was nice thats about the best of it.

There wasn't much to like about the property. The lobby was nice, but the room was horrible. There was stuff on the walls that looked like blood, the carpet had a spot of what appeared to be ground in mud, and the faucet on the sink was loose enough to pull up. I told the fromt desk the next morning and the guy really didn't seem to care. My assumption is the rooms don't get cleaned because why wouldn't they know about the faucet in the bathroom being that loose? On the upside, the linen appeared to be clean.
