Waited in Line for a hour, just to be told my room was already taken. They overbooked and everyone was coming back complaining about how nasty their rooms were when they checked them. Would not recommend.

Rooms were filled with smoke smell .. carpets in room floor were sticky . Overall not fit for families with kids.

They advertise a breakfast and all they had was bagels. The room was dirty. Bed sheets were stained

There was an indescribable stench as soon as we entered the building. Then once we made it to the room it was 100 times worse. We had to leave, I never made it all the way inside.

The room smelled moldy. We stayed for two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom is old and the tub had mold stains. The three star rating is misleading. I hate that I couldn’t afford to leave. I feel cheated and robbed of my money. The ice machine also didn’t work.

Rooms had a terrible smell. No sheets or cover for sofa bed. When I went to ask I got told no they didn’t have any main laundry room was locked. TV didn’t work as in no cable or local channels. Mattress was full of stains. Just an all around terrible experience

Many area of the building smelled. Door handles were missing from stairwell door exits.
Trash piles around the outside of the building could be seen from our room and lobby.
Walls and capret had a dingy feeling to them.
Would not stay there again.

Location was very easy to get to. Suitable stay. Did not go into the pool or gaming room. However the tv remote in the room was having issues and the wifi would not work. The hotel looked like it had recently been updated in the pictures but the actual hotel could use some updates. Looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning.
