Locked the lobby and was not able to check in until 5:20 am. I arrived to the location at 2:00 am

The room we had at first smelled like smoke. The front desk clerk was kind enough to show me another room. It was better, but still dirty.

Old and very worn out! We can live with old but cracked tile in bathroom must be fixed. Didn't notice until morning that we had one towel and no shower curtain!!!

this was one of the worst Days Inn I've ever stayed at. We checked in and we were given only one bath towel. The phone didn't work. The room was dingy, the exterior was dirty looking and the front desk was indifferent to any problems we had. The only upside was there were good eating establishments within walking distance

There was underwear in one of my guys beds and it looked as though someone had sex in the bed and then they just threw the blankets back over the bed. When my employee confronted the hotel about it they completely checked him out of the hotel and didn't even offer him another room at the same rate that I paid for the original room. I will never book with this hotel again. Disappointed in this hotel is an understatement.
