No hot water in the morning, seems like the water heater wasn't working or is not big enough for the hotel, because there wasn't that many people staying on the floor I was on and when I got up to take a shower @6:30 in the morning there wasn't any hot water, say there wait for like three minutes and nothing. If I pay $90 for a room I expect to be able to take a hot shower. Paying $90 for basically just a place to sleep is ridiculous.

Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your room. If you told the front desk during the night you stayed we would have changed your room if available. Since we did not receive any complaints during your stay we did not know there were any issues to resolve. We have had a few guests in there after you and they did not complain about the issues you put here. We did not know about any issues while you stayed or before you stayed. If we did we would have resolved any issues we could have. You have to let us know if there are any issues or if you would like a room change so we can help better your stay with us. We have already checked it even though customers after you did not complain and did not find any issues. For the rate, that was not ours for the day you stayed. Please call the hotel directly to check all prices for the day you want and look for deals in case we or other parties are doing a special. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope this helps!

Found four nails sticking up from the grout ,very dangerous .

We had our new contractor look into this and said he was not sure how it happened. He assumed it was from the previous owners’ contractors and they have already been assigned to look into all the rooms that were worked on before we changed management and ownership. Everything else is up to code and working perfectly. We apologize on their behalf. Thank you for staying with us and being so courteous with the previous mistake.
