Misleading

No hot water for first 3 days of holiday. Staff were telling us when we should shower if we wanted hot water. Staff failed to realise my mother is a local Mauritian and when they were speaking about is in Creole my mother understood everything they were saying and she was shocked at how they were speaking about the customers who were staying at the facility. The sofas are all second hand ones that they buy and refurbish and the leather used is not fire retardant and the leather is just stapled onto the actual wooden sofa. Jacuzzi has not worked in years, yet they are busy building an extension to the apartments without even putting any effort into the premises they already have. Security working the front office was drunk every evening as well.

Value for money

Lovely place to stay in with close shops all around, value for money for any traveller, only thing we did not like was the hard beds

It is a good value for money. The great thing was that we were upgraded from room to apartment (balcony, kitchen and more space). Staff were very polite and communication was easy. Receptionist helped us with some tips, arranging the rent-a-car and transport from/to the airport. We were allowed to have a late check-out which we really appreciated. The only negative thing was that surrounding streets didn’t have street lights so it was not very pleasant in the evening (not because of safety but simply unpleasant)

Great Value for Money

Well located to the Super U and other fast food outlets, ie. Debonairs, Steers, KFC, McDonalds, Fish Aways, Pizza Hut. The accommodation itself is neat, clean & well kept. The staff are extremely warm and also assisting with any request.

Very good price and spacious apartment

We had a late check in but gladly we worked it out. The daily housekeeping was awesome and the room was spacious.

Booked a 2 bed apartment but had to take two separate rooms. No WiFi in my room, no air conditioning on arrival, safes were locked on arrival and never opened so had to strategically hide valuables, shower head kept falling down so had to hold the shower head, shower took a long time to get warm, no air conditioning in bathroom so very warm through day and night. Hardly saw staff on reception so unable to ask for help/maps etc.

We regret the unavailability of the 2 bedroom apartment which was due to an unforeseen situation and you have been given 2 nice one-bedroom apartments. As In terms of WiFi, the system is deemed particularly powerful because we have 3 access. I am, myself at the Reception, from 9:00 up to 17:00 and I am very sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t as expected, regrettably that non of these issues were mentioned to us so as to be fixed immediately.
