Room on first floor smelled like cat pee, can't speak for other rooms. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. wifi very inconsistent. Great area and walking distance to everything.

lamentamos mucho lo que comenta de los olores, no nos dijeron nada en recepcion, hubiesemos intentado solucionado, porque es la primera vez que nos comentan este punto.Con respecto al wifi tampoco nos lo explicamos, puesto que nosotros trabajamos diariamente y no hemos tenido ningun problema.

We loved our stay. It was during Semana Santa, location was great. We loved the uniqueness of the apartment.

This is an excellent place and the owner was very nice and helpful. There were many apartments in the hotel and we stayed in Violeta. Very clean and maintained beautifully. There was also a laundry.
I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Mixed - enough hot water?
Posted 3 Nov 2023 on HotelsOur room was at the top of the building and had exposure on all sides, so we needed to use the heating. It was clean, and the beds comfortable, but the hot water was lacking. I had to stop my shower in the middle to wait for more water to heat enough to be able to wash my hair. No mention of hot water availability was made beforehand. Other than that, we had a good stay.

muchas gracias por su comentario, para nosotros es importante para mejorar cada dia. Lo del agua nos extraña ya que el agua caliente es a través de gas ciudad por lo que si tuvieron algun problema con el agua se debio a la empresa suministradora y no es un problema nuestro. Lamentamos lo ocurrido.

The room and location were fabulous! I would have rated a 5 however there was an issue - upon check in there was a very strong fragrance from an automatic deodorizer above the door. It was choking! I found an ‘off’ button and shut it off. But the smell was very strong and remained in the room. If you have sensitivity to fragrances then you should not stay here.

It is closely located to the central of Granada. 5 minutes to the cathedral of Granada and main streets. It is surrounded multiple restaurants and markets. I stayed in the rooftop room and it's quite spacious with a rooftop area.
