Lovely hotel, nice design, super friendly staff. We came on the business trip, I was very happy with the hotel’s internet connection, possibility to work there without a connection worry. Only one down side, very noisy day and night as it is next to the busy road, no soundproofing.

Good Hotel

Nice hotel. Room comfortable and well equiped. About 2 mile walk into historic centre and a mile to beach area. If using public transport some buses stop close to the hotel. Global runa relaly good island bus service Hotel has nice rooftop area but pool is a plunge pool not a full swimming pool

Enjoyable stay

Spent a few days at the hotel, it's close to all the sights with lots to see and do in the area. Easy check in and out, staff were helpful.

Mini Hotel scam

Arrived at the hotel about 2hrs early, so our room was not ready . OK . So thought we would put luggage in a luggage room . The receptionist then said we do have a room ready but you have to pay 12 euro if you want it . We did pay this as time saved on holiday is a good thing . We booked this hotel last year and it was a very nice room ....This room this time was smaller , a bit noisy as the gym was just above us , we were in this room for 7 nights but didn't want to complain. MY POINT IS THAT THERE WAS A ROOM READY, AS WE WERE IN IT AND FOR 7 NIGHTS, BUT WE WERE CHARGED 12 EUROS EXTRA FOR THIS ROOM. WHY? IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE ROOM WE HAD LAST YEAR. Anyway we had a fantastic holiday but will not be staying at this hotel again ...Principle . We were charged for a room that was ready .

Nice hotel with view to beach.

Enjoyed the Silken Saaj in Las Palmas. The staff are its biggest asset. Thank you to all. Good location and close to local restaurants, shops and bus stops.

Disappointing Experience - Noisy Location

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointing stay: Location: 2/5 The hotel is situated on a noisy street, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The constant street noise made it challenging to relax, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to noise, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations. Customer Service: 1/5 The level of customer service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to various interactions throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unresponsive and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when the service does not match the hospitality one would expect from a hotel. Amenities - Pool Access: 2/5 One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a pool, which, unfortunately, turned out to be inaccessible during my stay. The staff did not provide any clear explanation or alternative solution, leaving me disappointed and without the amenities I had anticipated enjoying. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was not up to the standard I expected. The combination of the noisy location, poor customer service, makes it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

Just okay

We were excited about this stay after seeing the great pictures and reviews. However, it turned out just okay and a little disappointing. Pros: - Nice workers - Will hold luggage for you if needed - Breakfast had some variety - Good location if you want to be in the city center Cons: - No hot showers, was only lukewarm or room temp - The queen bed is two twin beds pushed together - Toilet was not fully flushed when we first entered - Mold in the shower - Towels seemed old and were starting to fall apart - There was a sea view but blocked by window shades
