Este hotel é um pequeno segredo de Gramado! Bonito e charmoso, parece um pedacinho da Franca na serra gaúcha. O Staff é super atencioso e cordial a ponto de conhecer os hóspedes pelos nomes. O serviço e nota 10. Além disso, em época de pandemia, são seguidos todos os procedimentos de segurança necessários. This hotel is a Gramado secret! Beautiful and charming, it is like a small piece of France in the south of Brasil. The staff is super attentive and cordial, calling all guests by the name. Service is 10+. Due the Covid 19, all safe procedures are being followed the entire staff.

Não poderia ter escolhido melhor hotel para a virada de ano. Simplesmente impecável! Todos os atendentes simpáticos, sorrindo, solicitos, educados — não vou citar nomes para não ser injusta caso esqueça de algum, pois realmente TODOS foram maravilhosos comigo e minha família. Limpeza excelente. Quarto aconchegante. Café da manhã delicioso! Hotel muito bem localizado, fácil acesso a pé para o centro da cidade. Eles possuem um imenso jardim lindissimo! Tudo muito bem cuidado. A proprietária e família sempre presentes, sorrindo, simpáticas. Enfim, hotel nota 1000! Ah, e todos os cuidados por conta da pandemia. Higienização, limpeza. Nos sentimos muito seguros! A única decepção foi ter que ir embora desse paraíso :)
