Property is a little older, but maintained. Interior of room was clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was below the stadards I have come to expect from Laquinta Inn. No breakfast meats or hot egg selections. Breakfast consisted of waffles, begals/bread selections cereals, yougarts, and hard boiled eggs.

Staff was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. Dog fee is only $15/night and we traveled with a big 65 pound malamute. Room was spacious, refrigerator worked (almost too well). Breakfast was standard (waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, juice, etc.). Checkout was a breeze, heated pool, quiet, convenient location. Will return again for future trips to Tempe 😊

This property was a good value for a decent hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The lobby was clean and the courtyard sitting area was nice with some shady areas to sit. The pool looked clean and was used by patrons.
