The picture for my room showed we had a balcony and we did not have a balcony. The pool should be heated as the water was freezing

Simple, but paid parking
Posted 31 Jan 2021 on HotelsHotel is ok, didn't really experience any service other than the check in/out, there was no interaction with staff not even a simple hello when walking into the establishment.
The price of parking was a bit ridiculous when the grounds are large, so here is a tip, drop your bags off and ust park outside, there is space and free.

Central but nothing special
Posted 31 Jan 2021 on HotelsThe hotel is near the centre, definitely walkable (weather permitting), however it is a little dated and wifi isnt the best, if you have a virtual meeting dont bother with a camera it will only lag.
Breakfast nothing special, but it does its job. The one thing which one cant understand is that there is a massive parking lot but you have to pay for it.

They could be so good..only if....

-PARKING LOT ... spacious but not included in your stay( expect to pay daily rates)
- CHECK IN ..was a breeze
- ROOM.. large enough and a good view to The Valley ( you may be lucky to book one with a patio with a view )
- POOL. . Great space with a spectacular view. Down side, it’s very shallow / upside , it’s heated
- BREAKFAST .... THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY ( don’t pay for Café Colonial if you book a room here, it’s better and it’s included
-ROOM SERVICE FOOD... not good for what was charged..expected more.. much more
-CLEANING SERVICE. ... one day I even asked front desk to clean it while we were out (asked 4 times in a day ) and It still didn’t get cleaned. Had to run down myself to get towels and paper towel. Didn’t enjoy that
Overall .. a good stay wasn’t for the cleaning service and room service meals..
Morning shift 1000x better than evening staff. . I’d come back, but certainly would look around before, there are PLENTY of other choices.

The hotel location was excellent and next to all city ammenities. The staff were friendly and looked after us during our stay when called upon.
Overall good size room, big bathroom along with a good breakfast being offered. Hotel was a perfect choice in meeting our needs during this business trip. Also had english tv channels.Building condition has dated over time however, it is well maintained.
