There was no hot water for shower at night they say due to many people taking shower the Caldera did not had a performance to hit up a great amount of water to supply the demand. I was in disbelief!!!

Nice hotel, but it felt a bit overpriced for the tiny room under the roof we got. Hotel is a 15 minutes' walk from center (hilly) but there are dining options around.

Posted 27 Nov 2018 on HotelsI stayed one night with my husband and his parents. A little bit far from downtown but still walk able or you can get an Uber for R$5. However, the breakfast buffet made the entire stay worth it, it was huge! so many options!! For this reason alone it is worth staying here over other hotels in the area, even if you have to catch the occasional Uber. thanks!
