We had one meal in their restaurant and were disappointed by it so we ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The parking was good. The bus service from the airport to Liège was not regular enough for us to use it. The location was good for day trips to places like Brussels and Maastricht by car.

Love this hotel and love the staff here more. This hotel was the one beacon of light after a long horrible night. After a long day of travel, we got stuck in this city due to a transportation mix up. We were lost, soaking wet, freezing cold in the middle of the night when we showed up here, and the night manager here saved my ass! He let us come in and warm up, and waited patiently while i tried to fix my flight plans for the morning. Then, in my exhausted state, i booked the room for the wrong night. The night man (Farook i think was his name) is an absolute saint of a man. He fixed my reservation, price matched the lower rate that i had for the wrong night, and even dragged a spare twin bed into the room so my brother had a place to sleep that wasnt the floor. God bless this man. The hotel is warm, comfy, has food and a microwave in the lobby and even little cookies in the lounge. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the shower is heavenly. Thank You!!!

NO INVOICE

I Payed on Hotels.com app. When i checked out they couldn’t give me an invoice for my business. They told me that Booking .com allows them to print an invoice out but Hotels.com/Expedia Does Not The receipt on the booking is not good enough for a business
