"We had a wonderful stay at LX Arch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, we were greeted with a glass of port and a pastel de nata, which was such a lovely touch. The team were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and the best ways to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in an excellent location right on Rua Augusta. Despite being on such a busy pedestrian street, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view down the street, which was a real highlight. We were also able to store our luggage both when we arrived early and after we checked out, which made everything so much easier. The communication was great too - we received a message as soon as our room was ready. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others."

"From start to end. My stay at EPIC Sana was nothing short of spectacular. The reception desk(s) was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and my room was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the nicest and friendliest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The doormen, bartenders, cleaning staff, spa staff, all top notch.
