The hotel is greatly located and the staff make strangers welcome and are very helpful and friendly

Good but could be better
Posted 27 Dec 2023 on HotelsRooms were clean and comfortable but the guests were quite loud. The reception staff are friendly however they couldn’t find our booking and struggled with basic admin like printing when we needed some help with some forms. The kitchen was good but the menu was all out of stock which was disappointing. There are no lifts for luggage :/ only flights of stairs

It is a very basic hotel with no elevator to the floors. One floor is smoking, which seeps into other areas. The first room had a cockroach on the bed the moment I walked in. I received a new room immediately. it was comfortable. the parking is a bit inconvenient. the gym is pathetic and mostly dysfunctional. the other guests were very noisy and it made sleeping difficult. I would not stay there again. there was no teapot, but i received one from the kitchen. the wifi was very weak in my room.
