Staff including valet, baggage, front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and convenient to everything.

We love staying at the Bostonian! It’s in the perfect area of Boston for us. Right across from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market; With a short walk to the North End for amazing Italian dining!

While the hotel location is great, the hotel does not meet the hotel rating of 4 stars and the pricing of over $300 per night. The room I stayed had bad odor from the carpet and the front desk service was mediocre at best. I addressed the odor problem to the front desk and they basically had nothing to offer to resolve the issue because I booked through Expedia.

Property was nice and the staff was helpful. The location is excellent. Very walkable. Honestly would have given a higher overall rating, but they hit us with a surprise $30/night "destination fee" which was not appreciated. No issue with paying extra for a good location in a big city, but hiding the fee until check wasn't a good look.

Didn’t like the room at all facing a BRICK WALL! It was a dark room with dated decor. The room size was decent but the bathroom was very dated.
