My wife and I arrived at the property earlier than check in. We did not expect a room earlier than check in but we did expect the front desk lady to be courteous! When in fact she was rude! We left and went to have a coffee and returned 30 minutes later. She was helping an older couple and let them sit down and have a conversation with her in regards to things to do in town. We weren’t even offered water. Lol. When we finally received our room even before check in time which was nice the bathroom was full of black mold on the shower walls. The lady at the front desk needs to take a lesson in customer service and the housekeeper needs the correct tools and chemicals to clean properly.

Found it to be a very nice property and employees were very courteous and helpful also location was very convenient. Only one inconvenience, room is extremely small.....

Staff was helpful by arranging taxis and suggesting places to eat. This place was absolutely beautiful. No breakfast but bakery downstairs.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, pleasant room with plenty of storage. This place is challenging to find, so figure out how to get there (and find the entrance - it’s not obvious from the street!). We called the front desk and they came down and found us :)

This was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in in Europe. Luxurious amenities, a very efficient and helpful staff, and in a wonderful location!

The hotel is a bit hard to find but once you do it was so worth it. Lovely boutique hotel

The property was immaculate and the staff was accommodating and personable. Henrike (Henry) was very helpful with recommendations.
I loved that the property is not accessible to the public and you had to have a room there in order to get in. We loved our stay at Malda and we definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service. We'll definitely be coming back.
