In the hallways it smelled like cat urine, in the room it smelled like marijuana.

I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. The room wasn’t even properly cleaned there was food on the floor.

The staff does not understand the laws about service dogs. They tried asking for papers/proof that he was a service dog (it’s not required, but he was even wearing his vest), said that we had to change our room because pets were only allowed in a certain location, and they continued to refuse us our original rooms until we were asking about how to get a refund and bringing up my dads cat allergies and anaphylactic shock (thankfully he did not come inside until everything was ready). Ignoring the fact that a service dog is not considered a pet. We noticed that they did a poor job at cleaning when we entered our room

The bed was the absolute most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in you could feel every spring the place was dirt and the ac didn’t work!

Not very clean. Mattresses are old. Water pressure is awful. Not a true "full" breakfast.

Place was very clean staff was friendly and helpful our dining options were just within walking distance the mattresses were new and comfortable air conditioning worked good thumbs up

The girl that checked us couldn't have been nicer. She even let us check us in a little early. It was very clean.
