The reception staff was amazingly accommodating. The room was comfortable, and you are right in the center of the lower city Zagreb

It was very clean and the smell in the common areas was like being in the forest (pure and refreshing)
Breakfast Buffett wast top of the line with everything fresh and incredible variety
Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful
Great location
I would improve the TV in the rooms to smart TV’s
Other than that, it was excellent, outstanding, 5 stars, I highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, got free parking, there is no onsite parking , it’s 2 mins walk but the hotel staff helped me with my luggage. All were very friend. The free breakfast has many options.
The rooms are bit small , other than that we enjoyed the stay here.

I was there for 2 nights, I did not have any hot water for the second night as well as the morning after.
On the day that I was checking out someone opened my room's door even though I had my card in the proper place and it was showing that it was occupied. When I rushed to the door to see who was there I did not find anyone or any cleaning carts.
For the price I payed i expected at least to have hot water.
The parking lot was hard to find as well specially if you follow google maps to get to the hotel.
