Basic but lovely little hotel

Great hotel in a convenient location. We needed a twin room which was accommodated. Very clean. Great hot water pressure. Room was basic but spacious. There's an elevator which is helpful as we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Eggs, meats, toast, crescents, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, veggies etc. And nice service. Close walk to the Christmas market and the train station.

If you want the Hilton you should stay in the city you are in, but if you want some German charm this is a nice place to start. In German fashion the place is super clean. The staff know enough English to make you comfortable. The meals are authentic and the beer is brewed right down the street in the local brewery.

This hotel is a must for anybody in or near Görlitz! The rooms are very clean, neat and comfortable. The service is unmatched anywhere. They even had breakfast ready for us early, with coffee waiting because we had to leave early in the morning. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Convenient place to stay

Close to both town centre and railway station. Large room. Shower best we have had in a while. Very comfortable. Friendly staff.

Nice comfortable hotel.

It wasn't explained that you could park free or pay. There were 2 parking locations. Very clean. Very noisy on the street side. Elevator was helpful. Not much to do in Görlitz.

Wonderful Goslar

Lovely older style hotel with charm. Helpful reception, helpful kitchen re allergies, comfortable room and very comfortable bedding, secure parking. It's a 10 mins walk from the hotel to the city centre, just right after a big breakfast. No need to take a car.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Die Matratze war sehr weich, aber ich kam zurecht. Ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück ordentlich und nicht teuer. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten ohne Mehrkosten später auschecken. Hat alles gepasst.

Beängstigender Fahrstuhl. Heruntergekühltes Zimmer im Winter Schief montierte Toiletten Brille WC war nicht sauber Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht Frühstücksleistung Note 5 Reklamationsmanagment von Lobby miserabel
