"My husband and I LOVED our stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun. We booked an Excellence Club Junior Swim-Up Suite Pool View. Excellence Club stays come with private check-in, 30 min hydrotherapy session at the spa, upgraded menu for 24-hr room service, access to the Excellence Club lounge & restaurant, Excellence Club pools, turndown service, petit fours delivery nightly. From the moment we arrived we were treated to a luxurious, relaxing experience. We were truly taken care of in every way imaginable. We stayed around Halloween 2025. There was a live show that night and afterwards a silent party. We had a blast. All the food was good and I am a foodie. It was great no to be bogged down by the processed, salty foods of the US. The Excellence Club pool concierge, the waiters, and all the staff were phenomenal. The room was cleaned daily not just fresh towels but changing of linens, sweeping, and mopping. We were planning our next trip before we left. The bartenders could make any drink you could think of. We will be back and I miss it already. "

"룸 컨디션은 정말 매우 좋았습니다. 저는 가장 새로 지어진 세 번째 건물, **벤투스 하(Ventus Ha)**의 28번 건물 1층에 묵었어요. 위치가 좋아서 이동하기도 매우 편했습니다. 제가 방향 감각이 정말 없는 편이라 처음엔 29번 건물과 30번 건물 사이에서만 계속 맴돌다가 28번 건물 찾느라 눈물 날 뻔했어요. 😅 그래도 걱정 마세요! 길을 잃었다고 직원분들에게 말하면 정말 친절하게 데려다줍니다. 음식은 정말 제 입맛에 딱 맞았어요. 가능하다면 거기서 설거지라도 해서 계속 먹고 살고 싶을 정도로요. 식구들 입맛이 다 달라서 이탈리안, 일식, 프렌치, 멕시칸, 조식·점심·저녁 뷔페, 룸서비스까지 다양하게 먹었는데요. 다들 각자 좋아하는 게 달라 평점도 제각각이었어요. 그만큼 선택지가 많으니 각자 입맛에 맞게 따로따로 식사하시고 가정의 평화를 찾으시길 바랍니다. 😆 리조트가 호텔존이 아닌 곳에 있어서 차를 타고 한참 올라가야 합니다. 그래서 한 번 들어가면 나오기 힘들겠다는 생각이 들었고, “안에서 즐길 건 다 즐기자!” 했는데도 다 못 해본 게 많아 아쉬웠어요. 수영장이나 극장에서 이벤트가 자주 열리고, 시간표는 엘리베이터 옆에 붙어 있어서 오며가며 확인할 수 있어요. 관심 있는 프로그램이 있다면 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 10대 아이들이 할 수 있는 게 많다고 해서 기대했는데, 저희 아이들은 결국 숙소에서 쉬거나 수영장에서 대부분의 시간을 보내며 즐겁게 있었어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다. 아이들은 빼고요. 😜"

"I have been to so many resorts in Mexico and this facility, the staff and the ambience were the best we have experienced, no question. We will be back. I loved the food and that the options and times for food were so plentiful. Janeth, our concierge, was incredibly helpful and so kind. Eddie, our housekeeper, kept our room so beautiful and was so sweet. Benito, our server, was so funny and helpful- and super fast! Rosario and Carmen are both so sweet and made me feel welcome and like I was their friend getting coffee. "
