"We booked the Diamond Club and it was well worth it. Clarissa was our butler and she was the absolute best- calm and friendly and gets the job done! We also had a server named Marco, at multiple restaurants, who was the friendliest, happiest person who offered amazing service as well. Juan was a Diamond Club pool attendant who was so helpful and gracious. Everyone made our stay that much better. Our room was super clean and overlooked the pool and beach. The resort itself was very clean and well taken care of. The food was wonderful and there was so many options! We loved the cafe for our caffeine fix and a little treat anytime of day. The pools, splash area and water slides were perfect. The beach had the softest, nicest sand on that stretch of resorts in my opinion. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We’ll definitely be back!"
