"Our recent stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa provided a truly relaxing and engaging vacation experience for our entire group. The resort successfully balances luxury amenities with fun, accessible activities, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with teenagers and adults alike. The accommodations immediately met our standards. Our room was spacious and consistently clean, providing a true sanctuary after a day in the sun. The resort's pools were a definite highlight of our daily routine. We appreciated that the main pool areas were not crowded, allowing for true relaxation and easy access to lounges. While the pool offered the excellent amenity of being heated, we did note that this seemed inconsistent throughout the stay; some days it was wonderfully warm, while others it felt cooler. Despite this small fluctuation, the pool environment remained a favorite spot. The restaurants were delicious, offering high-quality dining that surpassed typical all-inclusive expectations. Beyond dining, the entertainment and activities team did a commendable job of keeping everyone engaged. The schedule was varied enough to capture the attention of both adults and teenagers, which is often a challenge. A unique experience we highly recommend is the bike ride into town. This provided a fun, local excursion, lasting about 20 minutes each way. We had approximately 30 minutes in the town to browse local souvenir shops and visit a grocery store, offering a nice break f"

"My husband and I LOVED our stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun. We booked an Excellence Club Junior Swim-Up Suite Pool View. Excellence Club stays come with private check-in, 30 min hydrotherapy session at the spa, upgraded menu for 24-hr room service, access to the Excellence Club lounge & restaurant, Excellence Club pools, turndown service, petit fours delivery nightly. From the moment we arrived we were treated to a luxurious, relaxing experience. We were truly taken care of in every way imaginable. We stayed around Halloween 2025. There was a live show that night and afterwards a silent party. We had a blast. All the food was good and I am a foodie. It was great no to be bogged down by the processed, salty foods of the US. The Excellence Club pool concierge, the waiters, and all the staff were phenomenal. The room was cleaned daily not just fresh towels but changing of linens, sweeping, and mopping. We were planning our next trip before we left. The bartenders could make any drink you could think of. We will be back and I miss it already. "

"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage outside, under the shade of the trees, next to our private pool. After this we walked 500m to Cenotes 7 Bocas, recommended by Maritza, which was a beautiful way to end our short yet soulful stay at Oom Bubble Boutique. "
