"Takin so long to check in and get the room ready. Room wasn’t clean still have foot print on it. Waited 1 hrs and still no1 come clean it. Also room have bugs and take like 2 hrs to get us to the new room."

"My husband and I went for a 7 day holiday. The check-in process was very easy, we had an Excellence Club room, which has its own check-in area.
