The Glen House is in an absolutely beautiful location, and the view off the back deck with the firepit is wonderful. Our room was clean and cute. However, details we expected from a hotel of this caliber were missing. The decking was never properly finished, the rooms had amenities but no lotion, we got an email that said the Auto Road would be free or discounted through the hotel, but the hotel let us know that wasn't true until later in the season... Nice, but not as nice as we anticipated.

Overall a great place for hiking and Mt washington access, super quiet rooms and a good restaurant with reasonable prices. I give it 5 stars.

Love the lobby with views of Mount Washington. The coffee and cookies are great too!
