Having to book online and have to wait 2 hours until out booking will be received by the hotel is ridiculous on top of that the receptionist did not try hwr outmost best to assist but rather tell us we need to wait for 2 hours to gwt booked in. We had to chat to expedia to assist and even with that it was a mission

The staff was great especially Chloe. Always prepaid to help and advise. I stayed for 11 days and have met most of the staff including cleaners and they were all excellent. Maybe a small bar needs to be added for guest to socialise and chat more

old travel-lodge style
Posted 2 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe stayed out of necessity for 1 night due to flight issues. Room was clean but AC does not work. No elevator, making it difficult carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs. It was OK overall for a very short night stay. Remindd us of the old outdated travel lodges. We wouldn't stay for a holiday.
