I have never pad that much for a room that was a total mess the beds were so bad my husband had to go to the lobby to sit in a chair to try to sleep. We went to New Braunsfel and that place put the hotel in Gonzales to shame and the people were dressed properly and not in hole in their jeans and were really friendly at new braunfels We will not stay in Gonzales agai

Stay was nice room and hallway had a spicy smell.
Room was not cleaned well. Rooms multiple hairs in bathroom.

The room was ok , just the couch needs to get replaced because it has one stains but besides it was ok.

Canceled our stay with no notification.
Posted 13 Sep 2023 on HotelsFirst time at this hotel and the AC wasn’t working, barely any air coming out. Carpets were dirty and front desk wasn’t there half of the time. Necessity made us book again and they CANCELED our stay without ANY notification. The only way we found out was because we wanted to upgrade our room. We got no apology OR explanation as to why we had our PREPAID stay canceled. Now we are l left last minute to find a hotel during a completely booked up weekend throughout the town.
