We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Room was clean, good mattress. We ate at the hotel and that was also excellent. Very welcoming.

Quirky but beautiful area and wonderful staff.

This is our second stay here as it is conveniently placed at the end of the Furka and Grimwald passes. This is not 5 star or Swiss run (Dutch hosts) but is reasonably priced (for Switzerland) and the rooms are clean and basic. The reception might put you off, not the most efficient. They serve evening meals which look fine or a plate of fries, whatever suits you. Breakfast is a basic continental with good coffee. We love this hotel because it is unique, quirky and in a fabulous location. Enjoy!

It's a family owned and operated hotel, and they went out of their way to try and help in any way possible with any issue.
