The only negative was the heater/airconditioner was noisy and the thermostat wasn’t controlling the temperature without a lot of finagling

The reason for my poor review is because the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was an incident in which the manager barged into our room with a repair man and did not ask if it was ok to enter. My friend was changing and our door was just opened and the manager entered without approval. This was unacceptable and I’m sure no one would approve of this. She had an attitude and did not treat us respectfully:

Close to Santa Barbara college. Shopping across the street. Restaurant on site - no room service though. Would stay there again.
