Horrible experience ! Called to check on room status at 230 was told room would be ready on an hour but room was still not ready at 6pm. Then double charged for room . Staff was complaining about having to clean room. This location use to be very clean and friendly not sure what happened .

I stayed in a kitchenette unit. The (pod) coffee maker in the room was convenient. The hot breakfast was really good. The room was lacking in eating utensils, but I informed management, and they said they'll re-stock.
