Bukit Bintang has high traffic jam so that is not good. The water fountain in the lobby area is smelly and does not create a welcoming feeling. The make up rooom service took a long time on Sat, 4 May. It was past 4.30 pm when I had to remind the staff to clean up the room even though we switched on the Make Up room button before 12 noon. The room furniture looks old.

The hotel is located in a convenient area for the shops and transportation. It is safe and clean. I would love to go back and would recommend to others.
