Tv antenna connection in room was broken. Everything else was perfect except for the noise from other guests, very loud and walls paper thin. Only an issue when they woke up at 6am

We were happy with our room. It was basic, nothing fancy. But it was clean and it was all we needed for one night. The shower was quite small.

This is a favourite of ours when we visit Ballarat. The hotel in lovely, using old facades with modern interiors to draw an inference to times gone by. The staff at check-in were lovely and were helpful in letting us know about local haunts and things to do. This hotel is great if you have kids, the rooms are spacious and there is a large grassed area for them to run around.

Great location, very comfortable bed. Heater took a little while to kick in.

The hotel was very quiet and clean and staff were friendly. There are plenty of different places to eat nearby.

Was a great place to stay, unfortunately did have to leave a night early as my son wasn’t feeling the best the gentleman at the reception yesterday evening was amazing and so supportive
