Really really old location, nothing like the pictures and for the price you’re paying might as well stay at a cheap motel. Landscaping is terrible no phone service nearest town is 37 mins away. Really terrible experience. Air conditioner did not work. Coffee maker did not work. Do not recommend. Pictures must’ve been taken when the location first opened but it does not look anything like that anymore.

The rate for an overnight stay in this lodge is like the rate of a four star hotel and yet the place do not have air condition and the wifi is terrible. They have nespresso machine in the room but no coffee pods and their ice machine is out of order.

In the middle of no where with nothing to do and no services. We could not walk on the trail in the evening because we were warned to have bear spray.
They do not offer breakfast but have a restaurant. Extremely limited menu and nothing really for vegetarians.
Some of the staff were rude, some were very nice.
Thermostat did not work. No air condition and hot rooms.
Right on the hiway with terrible road noise. Had a warning posted for their well water and they offered bottled water at check in but not in restarant.
We left the next morning and forfeited our remaining stay.

Thank you for the feedback Karen. We are absolutely in a remote area, with most activities being enjoying the mountain scenary and exploring the area on foot. We do have limited room amenties due to being powered by a generator on-site. When exploring mountain landscapes, making noise and carrying bear spray is always encouraged, as we are co-habitating with wildlife. We apologize you found the menu not suitable to your liking, the feedback will be passed onto the kitchen team. Although the low risk water advisory has now been lifted, the restaurant used water from much larger jugs on hand for servers. Thank you for visiting the property and apologies it wasn't the right fit for you.

Booking and check in was easy. The area was beautiful with mountain scenery. Our room was clean but we saw several spiders in the room. The towel supply was minimal and we didn’t have a bathmat. Staff was wonderful and the restaurant on site was amazing
