Room and front areas of the hotel are very clean. There is an odour to the hallways, but it could be because of pets. Staff were friendly and efficient. They even called before we got far to come back for my coat. Breakfast was very good.

The room was on excellent condition. The staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Drainage system seems to be old. The W.C got clogged and they offered us to use another one in another room which was helpful for us. The pool is clean and the parking was completely empty.
There was a floor under renovation during our stay.

They knocked on the door at 8 am to do room service service which disrupted my sleep. Who does that at 8 am?! Asked them to come back later. They never did.
The room missed a hair dryer. Had to wait a bit to get one after I asked for it.
The breakfast was good though. And the room was clean.
The mattresses were not as comfortable. Too soft.
