Amazing place!!! Perfect apartment for a family The café downstairs is great, try a coffee there Staff and front desk are friendly Very close to main beach and walking distance to surfers paradise

The Ruby is conveniently located in the center of Gold coasts buzzling precinct. And because if the angle of the building structure you are able to take advantage of the rising and spectacular setting sun.

I was put in a room that haven't had any house keeping done ..add no towels or doona was told that I would have to doona the next day still didn't hear nothing..and found a females pad with blood on it under my bed and when I spoke with the hotel about it still wasn't cleaned for over 24 hours and I for the hotel for high price hotel witch because of the bloody females pag under my bed and was informed that there was no house keeping done on my room by the receptionist that told me this for the rest of my stay I felt dirty being in that room..I was given a free night because I was wanting a full refund..witch I know I should of got a full refund as this is not expected in any hotel nor a expensive or Budget hotel ..I was not given a full refund as this is very serious what has happened and I have the pictures of the bloody females pad to prove this next two paper work that proves I was at that location...Im very disappointed about this as I have a disability on the ndis and my family paid for the hotel and my hotel....I would like to still get a full refund because of this ...they deserve to have this bad review and I'm taking it to a current affair also

We were not able to offer you a full refund as this issues been brought to our attention on the last day of your stay. We stayed with our two teenage girls for a week away in the two bedroom apartments located on 24th floor Ocean view it was a lovely stay staff were helpful

Sink was not clean. Needs stainless cleaner for fat deposits. Wanted to use spare blanket. It seemed was never washed as it was smelling of sweat. Entertainment optiobs were good abd easy to understand. Kitchen overall was clean. Aircon couldn't be better. Awesome. Toilet clean. Bathroom shower tile wall needs clean. Otherwise ok. Swimming pool looked dirty. Not appealing. Reception area looks classy.
