Check in was terrible. I person in front of us and took 45 min to get keys. Then got to room and they were still cleaning so had to spend another 30 changing room. Front desk lady was horrible.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to respond. We regret there was an issue at time of check in. You had booked the room with a king bed and 2 guests. However at time of check you let the front desk person know you had children with you which she then informed you of the requirements of moving you to a room with 2 queen beds to accommodate the additional guests in room. We hope the next time you stay in a hotel everything will go smoother for you.

There is a fun little bar with some quick food, and a great crowd. The room was room and clean. We loved the balcony, it is a great place to sit in the cool of the evening.

Would have rated higher but I do not like the $35 early check in fee.

All around great place to stay! Breakfast was a little different each day, plenty of fruit options, yogurt machine was a hit. Room was comfy, clean, and nice. Staff was friendly and took care of our needs.

Quick stop to be close to hiking trails. I would absolutely stay here again.
