Staff did everything to be helpful and make me comfortable. They called local stores for me, to check if items were available. They took *lots* of phone messages for me. They gave directions and called cabs.
Breakfast was varied, delicious and abundant — lots of fruits, pastries, “salgados”, bacon and eggs. Also coffee in several forms — cappuccino and latte; hot chocolate and varieties of tea.
I only used the pool once, but it was well-maintained — and I had it all to myself!
The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Prices are very reasonable.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed and well appointed. Helpful staff.
Cons: My room faced the street which is very busy early in the morning. I don't see how they can improve othis. The noise subsided after the work day ende
Location: This was a business trip involving family and we were not interested in sites, etc. Very good restaurants in the neighborhood; a shopping mall close
Provided staff that spoke English. Parking was provided without an additional cost; hotel staff delivered your car promptly when you asked. Breakfast buffet was very good. My room was oversized without costing extra. The staff were courteous and helpful. A buffet was provided for lunch at a reasonable price.
