Super staff super condition of facilities but very disappointed our king sized bed was too together as a couple the middle became super uncomfortable!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.
The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly, professional and were very helpful.
The hotel is pet-friendly, so our dog was welcomed and had a great time

Good Overall, but some area's need improvement. We are in our mid 70's and the room we were given was on the 1st floor . It was difficult getting our suitcases up a flight of stairs as there is no lift and no assistance was offered.
While we were there we found the staff to be polite but we were unable to get through by phone on several occasions prior to our arrival as no one answered the telephone.
