Even though the pool was closed while we were there, we were able to use the pool and hot tub at the newer hotel next door.

Hallways and room (especially the bathroom) smelled strongly of mildew. Server at breakfast was very nice and efficient. Receptionists were polite also, but some of them seem to lack training. I had called ahead to say that my friend would be checking in earlier than me and was assured the note would be added to my reservation but once she got there at 9pm, she experienced some pushback.

Hi Julie,Thank you for your review! We have let our Restaurant manager know that your server at breakfast was very nice and efficient. We have also brough the smell issue to our Housekeeping manager attention to investigate, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did find notes in your reservation from our Front Office management team indicating that your secondary guest would be allowed to check-in and have brought this review to their attention to improve our team's knowledge. We hope to see you again soon for an overall more pleasant stay!

My stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. It had everything I needed from a hotel.

Very old, stinky. Uncomfortable mantras and pillows .
