Our first spa experience and I thought it might be a bit posh and stiff, not at all, staff were welcoming, very professional but not in your face. Our continental breakfast had hot options too. Spa facilities were soo relaxing, cant wait to do it all again.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. We went to the races both days and in the spa each day. What a fabulous place and will definitely stay again

The Spa facilities make this place as the rooms are not as large or luxurious as the photos appear. The bar and dining area is excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant. However, if you do not book directly you are not entitled to as much time in the Spa and member of staff was rather dismissive of us for booking via Expedia.

Helpful and friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant. Nice menu choices and continental breakfast included more than expected.

Room had mould. Spa was overbooked. Food in restaurant gave us food poisoning.
