This is perfectly fine for what it is. The doors are on the exterior and there are definitely some sketchy characters in the neighborhood, but we lived through the night, so that’s a win. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is what you would expect: fine.

We've never stayed in a smaller room with less chairs, lights, or other amenities. It was a box with little to no space.

The breakfast area and service was presented with health safety in mind. And the morning staff especially was very attentive and helpful.
