My wife and I (from the U.S. and in our 50s) had a wonderful stay at Casey’s Hotel. The staff were very gracious and welcoming, the bar/restaurant was snug and fairly sedate, and the food (both dinner in the bar/restaurant and breakfast in the parlor) were outstanding. The room itself was comfortable and clean if a bit dated, and could probably use some new carpet, but that’s a quibble; it was perfectly fine. Water pressure in the shower was average. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Enjoyed the bar food, room was facing street and could hear everything that went down the road and music from a pub a few building down. Very small town. People friendly.

I liked knowing the history of the establishment and that it has been a family run business for many generations. Everything was perfect with our stay, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

We loved room 7 because we got an extra window for ventilation. This hotel is an older historical building, you will be carrying your luggage upstairs. The owners do keep it clean and the front desk emloyees are helpful. Also the restaurant downstairs was good. Across the street is a great late night ice cream place. The rooms are above a bar and across from a bar, it was noisy but didn't bother us. Also, there is a great walking trail ...not to be missed, from the hotel.
