I was not happy the way do your booking. I on the 14th April. I made a booking. And later that day i had to cancel due to family problems. Put a request cancel. Was told that could not cancel. Thank you.

Booking was cancelled on day of arrival. Accommodation providers must abide by Expedia's Terms and Conditions as part of their agreement. There is alternative booking methods with property that offer greater flexibility if this is what is desired by you.

Very welcoming and the room was lovely. We accidentally left our key locked in the room and the staff happily let us in at a crazy hour. Thank you.

The place was nice but was very expensive for a smallish room and a view of a tin fence.

Lovely motel

The New England Motor Lodge is the nicest motel in Glen Innes hands down. The restaurant meals we had were amazing. The bed in our room left a lot to be desired, it may be time to upgrade the beds. The pool was lovely for an afternoon swim and the rooms were clean and tidy with fresh towels for day 2.

There was a double payment made by Wotif and no way of reversing the double payment by either New England Motor Lodge or Wotif . It is up to us, the customer to sort out with our bank ! Not at all happy by some else’s mistake

Hi Roger, Your accommodation payment was made via Expedia/Wotif. You subsequently completed a pre authorisation on your credit card however our property has not taken any funds from your credit card and you should find the funds are released because you had already paid online.
